Preventative Maintenance Agreement
2 Maintenances
1 unit = 249.00
- If you have multiple units, the cost is $150 for each additional unit
- 2 maintenance inspections per contract year
- 3 filters per maintenance inspection
- Service calls and repairs ARE NOT COVERED under this plan.
- Repairs, parts and labor receive a 15% discount
What is included on a Maintenance Inspection:
- Install (1) high-efficiency MERV rated filter pad
- Leave 2 spare filter pads
- Flush condensate drain line, clean drain pan and install algaecide
- Lubricate motor and blower (if applicable)
- Inspect belts and pulleys (if applicable)
- Inspect wiring and controls
- Check temperature differential
- Check overall equipment operation
** All maintenance will be performed during regular business hours.
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM – MONDAY THRU FRIDAY
(with exception of legal Holidays)
